Learn
and master AutoAlert a web based program that identities sales
opportunities in database.
·
Learn and master VinSolutions, the CRM we use
for staying in contact with our clients.
·
Learn and master the Hyundai product line through
web-based training and become certified.
·
Learn and master using the phone to generate
business. Develop a strong phone presence.
·
Learn and master the sales process (Meet and
greet, needs analysis, product presentation, etc.…)
·
Maintain the absolute highest levels of customer
satisfaction, integrity, and honesty. Ethical behavior is not a negotiable
requirement, it's a must.
