Lease Retention Specialist – BDC

You and a nearly untouched 2000 lease database

RESPONSBILITIES:

·      Be able to work phone, email, and in person to generate traffic

·      Follow processes for selling a car (meet & greet, qualify, etc.…and be able to close maintain the absolute highest levels of Customer Satisfaction, integrity, and honesty

This is a golden opportunity for experienced salespeople who know how to data mine and talk to customers via phone and email. You work independently of the rest of the floor and only your work ethic and ability will limit your income. It's an "eat what you kill" environment where you are given THOUSANDS of customers to work.

·      Use available tools, like AutoAlert and Vinsolutions, to data mine our customer database for likely trade candidates.
